John Hoon casted in new Korea-Japan movie
Yayh, it's a Korea-Japan collaboration movie named "Tears! Light of the moon".
On 10th Mar his office Mersenne Entertainment has announced that John Hoon is casted as the male protagonist of that movie.

Director Oikawa Takuro said "Kim Jeong-hoon has gained steadily popularity as a Hallyu star for 10 years, he has high level of understanding for the Japan-Korea cultural world, warm charming character image, a calm and love to work guy. He fits the movie, by all means we wanted to cast him".
This movie is produced to celebrate the Korean normalization of diplomatic relations 50th anniversary, Korean simultaneous premiere days are scheduled at the beginning of next year.
Kim Jung-hoon is currently in China for the shooting of China drama "God of War Zhao Zilong", acting together with SNSD's Yoona. After finishing the shooting at the end of March, he'll prepare for the concert tour "SONG FOR YOU" of Japan Debut 10th Anniversary across Japan , then he'll push forward in earnest shooting movies in Shizuoka.

Plot
Yoo-Joon (Kim Jeong-Hoon) aspired to become a distinguished reporter, but he now works as a third-rate reporter. His personal life is equally a mess. He is involved in an affair with a married woman named Jung-In and he also has a gambling problem. He then hears from Jung-In that she wants to breakup with him. She is the wife of Yoo-Joon's senior co-worker and she wants to fix her marriage. Yoo-Joon though wants to have Jung-In back even if it means he has to kill her husband. He sets out to find her husband.
Yoo-Joon arrives in the small mountain village Osori. Yoo-Joon heard that Jung-In's husband is staying in the village to cover a story, but he can't find him. Yoo-Joon asks about his whereabouts to local residents, but they all say they haven't seen him. Making matters worse, Yoo-Joon's car breaks down and he has to stay there for a couple of more days. Yoo-Joon feels uncomfortable there and then he faces an uncomfortable truth.
Filming begins February 20, 2013 in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do.

Korean male star Kim Jeong-hoon is soon to come back to the big screen with R-rated thriller movie.
“Wild Dogs,” starring Kim and veteran actor Myung Gye-nam, has confirmed its release date to January 23, the film’s distribution firm Golden Tide Pictures said on Thursday.
The thriller movie will center around third-grade reporter So Yoo-jun (Kim), who came to an isolated town to kill his rival in love and the head of the village Jang Ki-no (Myung), who kept strict watch against So.
The 33-year-old singer/actor will turn into senseless bad man and exude charisma in the film, different from his sweet and soft charms which has been showed in TV dramas “Princess Hours,” “Witch Yoo Hee,” “In Need of Romance” and “My Daughter the Flower.”
Kim most recently starred in Chinese TV series “踮起脚尖吻到爱,” the 27-part drama about romance between a country girl and Asian top model.
